NEW! Michigan Civil Rights Commission (MCRC) Report Has Serious Flaws:

An Open Letter to Governor Jennifer Granholm regarding the “One Michigan” at the Crossroads report released by the Michigan Civil Rights Commission

The letter alerts the Governor to three major problems in the report and a dozen other problematic aspects of the Commission’s analysis and recommendations.

Consequently, Dr. Allen fears that the MCRC, or at least its staff, lacks the legal understanding and the integrity, to be entrusted with the task and urges the Governor to request the Office of the Attorney General to review the report before she endorses it – noting that the study ought to have been assigned there from the beginning.

He further urges the Governor to address the ethical lapses that occasioned some of the most egregious problems in the report. Press Release 03/12/07
